Coda Project, Inc. (“we”) uses data subprocessors as part of our provision of the Services (each, a “Subprocessor”). Prior to engaging any such Subprocessor, we evaluate the Subprocessor’s privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and enter into an agreement which sets forth its obligations with respect thereto.
