The Eisenhower To-do list

A to-do list modeled on the method President Eisenhower used

About this doc

Named for President Dwight Eisenhower, the Eisenhower To-Do list allows someone to quickly triage any incoming to-do. Its approach rests on the simple premise that many tasks need not be “done” by you, but can instead be delegated or ignored - but it’s critical to know which is which. Also, you can split tasks into a 2x2 of ‘urgency’ vs. ‘importance.’
