Let’s say you found a new exercise that you want to try out. What do you do with it? Take a picture and save it for later? Add it to a YouTube playlist and rewatch it sometime? If you’re like me, that’s probably never gonna happen.
To combat this digital malaise, I created this here Coda doc to organize all of these disparate exercises and/or routines into one place. You can also save exercise videos and instructions in Dropbox, and then access them on mobile when you’re ready to work out.
Head on over to All Exercises to log your picks, and then click the “add to calendar” button to create a schedule for yourself. You too, can get swole (do the kids still say that?).
