Being a SaaS organization, we are looking for a Customer Support Lead who understands the technical nuances of the business and the impact of the work.
Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively.
The Customer Support Lead will be collaborating with a variety of internal teams to solve highly complex scenarios.
