Onsite interview guide for project manager candidates

Most project manager interviews are dominated by questions that gauge a candidate’s abilities to work cross-functionally and under tight timelines. And although much of the interview prep goes into studying for these questions, they only provide one perspective of a candidate’s qualifications. You may also want to ask about past projects, their opinion on the product your company offers, and even career aspirations in order to better evaluate.

Because interviews can be stressful for everyone involved, we built this onsite interview guide to help prepare candidates for success. The doc sets expectations of what will be discussed, when, and any other information needed for the interview. And because it’s a template, recruiters can easily copy and adapt for each new candidate.
