About the executive assistant role.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our exec team. This role largely supports the CEO, but may be support other directors and executive leadership. And the Executive Assistant should possess the ability to stay organized and be able to communicate with employees and leaders at all levels.

Manage the calendars and emails for the President and CEO, and help prepare presentation materials for them to use.
Assist with a variety of projects, including weekly KPI updates and performance reviews.

An Associate’s degree.
Past experience in a similar Executive Administrative role.
We need an Executive Assistant who understands the importance of the role and the work that is required.
Ability to manage privileged information and multiple projects at the same time.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for and involved in a number of initiatives that will provide them access to confidential information.
