We’re looking for a Demand Marketing Specialist to support regional digital marketing strategy and delivery, including paid and organic social, paid search, and programmatic media campaigns. The goal of the Demand Marketing Specialist is to connect awareness of paid media efforts to demand generation and to create efficiencies across the North America Marketing team. Our Demand Marketing Specialist role is involved in paid media, social media, search engine optimization, as well as reporting wins and opportunities. And this role works with a variety of marketing partners, including both internal and external teammates, across the country.

Develop marketing calendars and campaigns, ensuring that all appropriate data and information is prepared ahead of time for campaign success.
Research past marketing campaigns to identify trends, successes, and areas of opportunity for future marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal marketing teammates and external, 3rd party partners on the development of marketing campaigns and execute traditional media buys.

Key skills demand marketing candidates should have.

B2B marketing experience, with an understanding of digital marketing best practices.
A Demand Marketing Specialist who understands the importance of targeting, segmentation, and cross-platform tactics will be able to hit the ground running in this role.
Knowledge in interpreting campaign analytics.
The Demand Marketing Specialist is required to identify opportunities to improve ROI in campaigns, and should know how to read the campaign data and analytics. ****
Excellent communication skills.
This role will be working cross-functionally with a variety of members, so the Demand Marketing Specialist should posses effective communication skills.
