Tags

Tags are keywords that help users search and filter relevant information on a Zuddl event. You can add event tags that can be associated with sessions, expos, rooms, and also be used by attendees to filter them.

Creating Tags

To create tags,

Go to About Event > Tags on the left navigation.

Enter a suitable Tag Name (of up to 20 characters).

Click on Add Event Tag button. This creates your tag and adds it to the list of created tags.

Note: To delete an event tag, click on the bin icon beside a tag card.

Note:

- You can add a maximum of 15 tags for an event.

- Hidden sessions, hidden expos, private rooms will remain hidden even if tags are added.

Adding Tags to Sessions

To add tags in a session, follow the below steps:

Go to Zone Setup > Schedule from the left navigation

Click on the session day card to open the day-wise settings.

Click on Add Talk button

At the bottom of the new talk setup page, select the relevant tags from the Tags dropdown.

Note: You can delete or add multiple tags to a single session for delivering efficient search results using tags.

Adding Tags to Rooms

To add tags to a room:

Go to Zone Setup > Rooms from the left navigation.

Click on the Edit Room button beside the room you want to add tags.

Under Tags, select the relevant tags for the room from the dropdown.

Note: You can delete or add multiple tags to a single Room for delivering efficient search results using tags.

Adding Tags to Expos

To add tags for a Booth, follow the below steps:

Go to Zone Setup > Expo from the left navigation.

On the desired booth, click on Edit Booth.

On the Customization tab, under Tags, select the relevant tags from the dropdown.

Note: You can delete or add multiple tags to a single booth for delivering efficient search results using tags.

Attending the event

On the Schedule zone, attendees click on the desired tags to view sessions marked with that specific tag.

In the Rooms zone, attendees click on the desired tags to view the rooms marked with that specific tag.
