Lobby

Similar to a hotel lobby area or the reception area of an event, Lobby is where attendees arrive after signing in to a live event. Zuddl provides realistic templates for the Lobby area with a host of customizations such as editable backgrounds, introductory videos, widgets, hot spots, and more to make your virtual event engaging and immersive. Sample lobby designs are shown below:

Setting up the Lobby

To set up the lobby, go to Zone Setup > Lobby.

Design and Layout tab

Select a Lobby Background from the list of high-definition backgrounds provided by Zuddl.
Upload your own Background Skin for the stage background from your device. The recommended format is a 1920*1080 pixels image in jpg, jpeg, or png format with a maximum size of 4 MB.

Click Save & Next to proceed to the next element; Intro Video.

Intro Video

An Intro Video is the experience video for the lobby and is played for attendees when they arrive at the event.
Choose from the list of available videos under the Choose Lobby Intro Video or Upload your own Intro Video. The recommended format is a 1920*1080 resolution in either .mp4, .avi, or .mov file with a maximum size of 6 GB.

Click Save & Next to proceed to the next element; Lobby Widgets.

Lobby Widgets

Zuddl provides different kinds of widgets that can be added to customize your lobby experience such as media widgets, buttons, hotspots, iframes, and tickers.
