Create Expo Zones

Another way of creating an expo is by grouping multiple booths to create an Expo Zone. Grouping of booths is helpful especially when there are many booths in an Expo. Visitors instead of arriving directly on the booth listing page, arrive on the expo zone listing page and select a particular expo to view the booths inside them.

Creating an Expo Zones

To create an Expo Zone, go to Zone Setup > Expo.

Click on the Click Here link at the end of the pop-up message. This opens a Create Zone pop-up modal.

In the Create Zone pop-up modal, enter a suitable Zone Name (of up to 50 characters) and a Zone Description (of up to 100 characters).

Click Create. This creates a new expo zone and a zone card is added on the Expo setup screen.

You can click on the Zone card to enter the booth creation setup. You can add more expo zones by clicking on the Click To Add New Expo Zone.
