Create a Stage Design

To customize your stage design:

Enter a Stage Name of up to 50 characters.

Select a suitable Stage Card size from the dropdown options. Choose from Large, Regular(medium), or Small stage card sizes. A stage card is visible to attendees on the stage screen.

Turn on/off the Hide Stage toggle. A hidden stage is not visible to the attendees.

Select a Stage Background from the list of high-definition backgrounds provided by Zuddl. You can also upload a custom image for the stage background from your device. The recommended format is a 1920*1080 pixels image in jpg, jpeg, or png format with a maximum size of 4MB.

Attending the event

When an attendee enters the stage view, they can see all the added stages as shown in the below:

In the above image, TEDx Auto is a large stage, Stark Expo is a regular stage, and Stage 4 is a small stage. In all stages, the current status of the sessions is also shown.
