Attendee Information

At the time of the registration, it is important to capture attendee information. The Information settings lets you configure all necessary fields for your landing page.

Event Entry Settings

Go to About event > Landing Page > Select Theme.
Choose a theme, and click Edit this theme.
Go to the Information tab
On the Allow attendees to enter event section, choose a time window before the event start time for attendees to enter the event and get acquainted with the platform. Select a suitable option, Days or Hours. For the Days option, select number of days from 1-30, and for the Hours option select number of hours from 1-23 from the dropdown.
On the Disable entry to event section, choose how many hours or days post the event, an attendee can re-enter the event. This lets attendees access the event zones after sessions have ended, for networking, meetings, and more. Select a suitable option, Days or Hours. For the Days option, select number of days from 1-30, and for the Hours option select number of hours from 1-23 from the dropdown. ​

Attendee Information Fields

Inside the Input Fields section, click the +Add New Field button to add new fields to the existing (mandatory) fields which the attendees need to fill before entering the event.
Select a suitable field name from predefined list or add a Custom Field.
Select/clear the Mandatory checkbox as required for the attendees.
Choose a field type from the following field types:
Short Answer: For short answers
Dropdown: Add dropdown options for attendees to select in a comma-separated format.
Multiselect: Add all options applicable for attendees in a comma-separated format
Number: Accepts only numbers as input value.
Add Disclaimers (Optional)
Add a Disclaimer Text.
Select the Add a checkbox checkbox if required.
Select the Checking is Mandatory checkbox if required.

Note: Click the bin icon to delete an added Disclaimer. Click the edit icon to modify it.
Click Save Changes.
