Add Q&A

Q&A option allows attendees to submit and upvote questions posted in a live event. Similar to the moderate chats option, the Moderate Q&A option gives you the control to published questions only after approval.

To enable Q&A:

Go to Stage Setup > Functionality.

Turn on the toggle inside the Q&A card. Default is on.

Select the Moderate Q&A option to publish chat messages only after approval.

Moderated Q&A

When Moderate Q&A is enabled, every question reaches the organizer first. The organizer receives the chat message with an option to Approve or Reject.

Once a question is approved, it appears in the Published tab. Rejected questions do not appear in the view.

Note: Till the organizer takes action, attendees are shown a “Waiting for review” message.
