Core Bodies
The following is a current list of core bodies that work well for ONE Napkin:
(sizes small, medium, large) (sizes small, medium, large) Artwork & Style Creation Considerations
Body dimensions: 20” x 20” Artwork dimensions: 22” x 22” to account for the hem In lieu of a label, you may choose to incorporate material composition, care instructions and country of production as text written on the back portion of the hem (more detail below under Label Guidance) Use only the following materials: Body dimensions: 20” x 20” Artwork dimensions: 21” x 21” to account for the hem This body will need a label Use only the following materials: Artwork dimensions including seam allowances (L x W): Use only the following materials: Artwork dimensions including seam allowances (L x W): Use only the following materials: Body dimensions (L x W): 21”x 15: Artwork dimensions including seam allowances (L x W): 24.207” x 18.308” Use only the following materials: Body dimensions (L x W): 29.5” x 21.625” Artwork dimensions including seam allowances (L x W): 33.621” x 26” Use only the following materials: Thread Guidance
We suggest selecting a thread that matches the most prominent and darkest color. If there is not a thread that matches the color perfectly, then use a a thread that is similar to the color, more saturated and a darker shade.
Label Guidance
All styles must include the following information:
Country of production (in our case, always the Dominican Republic) For most bodies, you may choose to incorporate this information in a custom label that you design or as part of the artwork itself. If you choose the latter, you must add the copy as artwork on the back portion of the hem.
Either way, you must also include the as part of the artwork. This includes the copy “Made in the Dominican Republic,” which satisfies requirement 3 above. You may also choose to add your own branding, as well as other copy.
Labels
For table linens, we recommend using the body. You must create individual labels for each material you intend to use.
Once you create the label style(s), you must email Laura a link to the label style card(s) and indicate which body or bodies in your library that you would like the label style(s) to be available for.
Here is an example of the ONE Basics label for Oxford Cotton napkins:
Including label information in the artwork
The hems in all of the bodies listed above are large enough to include the required label information in the artwork instead of in a label, if you so choose.
As an example, with the , you can design the artwork so that the last inch of the artwork on the edge includes the relevant text, as you see in the artwork for this Tucker napkin style: This will result in the text appears on the back of the edge. To see a 3D rotation of this napkin style, view the 3D viewer on the PDP for this style .
In this case, the material is linen. You must create separate art files to use for each Body and material combination that you use, with the proper material information.
The same technique can be used for all of the bodies except for the Material Composition & Care Information
Please refer to this table to ensure that you include the correct information for each material that you use.
Pricing
20x20 Napkins
Please note that the costs listed currently on ONE for the 20x20 napkins are incorrect. Assume the following costs, based on material:
Organic Cotton Voile: $3.50 We recommend that all Amplify brands price their 20x20 napkins as follows:
Organic Cotton Voile: $14 All Other Table Linens
The costs listed on all other table linens on ONE should be accurate. You should use the standard rule of thumb for these products, setting retail price at around 4x the cost. The higher the price, the lower the multiple you can use.
PDP submission
Fill out each PDP on your brand’s launch styles page completely before toggling ONE Napkin in sales channels.
PDPs must include:
PDP Images made using mockups If you are making a design in all three materials use the following guidelines: For Oxford Cotton napkins only: use the tags “ShopAll” and “NewArrivals” For Organic Cotton Voile napkins only: use the tag “Voile” For Lightweight Linen napkins only: use the tag “Linen” If you are making a design in one material, use the tags “ShopAll” and “NewArrivals” If the material is Organic Cotton Voile, also use the tag “Voile” If the material is Lightweight Linen, also use the tag “Linen” If you would like your napkins to appear in any of the ONE Napkin collections on the website, consult the table below for the collections and their corresponding tags. For any napkin you want to be in a collection that comes in multiple materials, only tag the Oxford Cotton napkin with the collection tag. If you are not using multiple materials then tag the napkin you want to be in the collection.
