We all have 24 hours in a day, but it never nearly feels enough. Feeling productive may not be particularly easy, however, getting a better understanding of ourselves, particularly how we feel, think and work, might help us enhance our productivity.
You can use / modify this however you like. Here are just a few ways you can use it. I use this tool on the first day of the week to set up goals- default Monday, and again on the last day of the week to review and reflect on the goals - default Friday.
To set up a new goal at the start of the week:
Click on the button “Add a Weekly Goal”
Describe your Goal under “What’s your Goal?” This cell will be highlighted in red when the goal is past the “Due Date”.
Under “What’s your mood like?” emotions around how you feel about working on this goal can be added. You can modify the list of emotions under “Moods to track” (end of the document). A word cloud capturing these emotions has been created over
Under “How do you feel about it? (Monday)” select how content or confident you feel about working on this goal.
Reviewing your goals and introspection at the end of the week:
Under “Goals Completed?”, you can tick this box if you have achieved this goal.
Under “How do you feel about it? (Friday)” select how content you feel having worked on this goal.
Under “Goal Reflection” you can add key highlights such as how you felt about it, how it was achieved / why it was missed, what can be improved for next time etc.
Weekly Insights (Second Table below):
Under “Did your goals change?” you can tick whether your goals or priorities changed mid-week?
Under “Weekly Reflection”, include notes on key highlights, wins, learnings, areas to work on etc.
