Collect responses from stakeholders directly in your doc by embedding a Tally form.

Instructions

⁠

1. Start by

creating a Tally form⁠

and publish.

2. Then go to the Share tab and click Standard to open the

embed options⁠

3. Choose your settings and copy the embed link.

4. Go to your Coda doc and type /embed to create an embed.

5. Paste the link and click create to embed the form.
