Implementation of self-assessment tools and feedback forms for teams on a regular basis
As an Op,
Define process and operating mechanisms to ensure teams are collaborating constructively to create best-in-class end-to-end customer experiences.
Help to drive the product teams on business, user-centric and data-informed approaches (OKRs, Atomic user research, impact analysis and prioritization methodologies)
Define, setup and develop product tools (on coda.io) based on the needs and pains of the teams in order to:
Break the silos between teams with a single source of truth
Normalize the product processes of prioritization and roadmaps

Help centralize the knowledge with a custom repository (Atomic research)
As a strategist,
Help the Head Of Design to create and drive the company’s strategy for design – align and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure this vision helps deliver on both the customers and business goals.
Advocate for the customer in all decisions with the product, engineering, and marketing teams. Be a true advocate for design thinking / lean startup at the highest level of the organization and demonstrate its ability to deliver business value.
Promote the most advanced tools to make teams perform (ex: Figma since 2017, Miro since 2018)
Draw insights from the work of our research team and turn that understanding into tangible solutions.
