As a QC Associate in the International Office, you will be responsible for reviewing the quality of the applications sent to the leading international universities, nurturing strong relationships with the existing stakeholders based on the organization's transparency and ethos. The role also includes acting as the liaison between various departments and other collaborators.. You’ll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byju’s, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. Responsibilities
Conduct the entire quality checks for in-process applications and ensure hygiene.
Ensure the authenticity of the documents by following standards and protocols.
Evaluate the eligibility criteria of each applicants against the pre-requisite of Programme/University.
Verify the completeness of documents submitted in support of each applications to ensure high acceptability.
Communicate with the respective stakeholders on a timely basis and ensure that application deadlines are met.
Update the internal portals on a regular basis and ensure accuracy.
Work alongside the QC Lead to develop the SOPs and assist in training
Qualifications
Minimum a Bachelor degree from a well-reputed institution.
1-2 years of experience, Experience in Quality assurance/Study abroad field involving International Clients will be preferable.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.
Critical thinking and the ability to evaluate multiple parameters
Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
