First, go ahead and create your Team Member card. Make sure to populate the identifier field for everything to work properly.
Everything is interconnected to avoid having to enter redundant information. Projects will show up in the respective team member cards once their names are selected in the columns.
You can add your own columns and fields, but be careful when deleting the default columns to avoid breaking these connections. It is better to hide [toggle visibility] extra columns and properties. See how these lookup tables are connected to create similar columns.
