Create CRM rebuild timeline
Goal implementation and hard deadlines for departments to build Wish-List and Mandatory needs for system rebuild
Work with Finance department to establish SOP for IT budgeting
Will further establish accurate forecasts of Budgetary needs and restraints
Create highly visible dashboards within office to promote engagement in KPI management
Will help establish achievable goals within the IT team that will increase the overall productivity of Western Steel as a whole
Create Comprehensive Asset list for IT
Will contribute to the establishment of a budget for the IT department that can be forecasted accurately
Create Trackable Goal sheet for Hyper Engagement of IT department
Will contribute to the overall productivity of the IT Department
Create AI integrations using models that will support Western Steel business as a whole
This will keep us ahead of the curve with AI integration within business. Keeping in front of the line will ensure that Western Steel remains competitive in business for the future.
