What were the major accomplishments or milestones achieved by you and your team this week?
We completed so much this week its hard to keep them in a short list. Overall the visibility of the IT department is much greater than it has ever been. This will keep trust and communication at the highest level for growth and development

The rift between our department and Engineering. I have not had the opportunity to fully address this with Robbie, but with the help of Mike I was able to establish that my communication could be improved to help in narrowing the gap.

Are there any upcoming deadlines or deliverables that need attention from upper management or additional resources?
I have an immediate need for an all hands meeting. We need to establish a proper guideline for interdepartmental communication. We need a place that we will all use to communicate and visualize our goals. Currently we work separately as teams, but it seems that as a whole we don't feel united.

Did your team collaborate with other departments or teams? If so, what were the outcomes or lessons learned?
Going back to the previous deadlines question. Although the IT department affectively works with all departments, there seems to still be some communication issues that could be solved by having an all hands meeting and get everyone back on the same page. This also addresses my lesson in the use of the Guiding Questions to resolve and prevent problems between my department

What can the company / upper management do to help you?
Feedback and questions are always helpful to design and implement SOPs and Organize the department to a well oiled machine.
