Working Mono - General Terms of Service

By engaging with any product or subscription plan under the Working Mono brand, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Scope
Working Mono offers various subscription tiers and services, including CRM engineering, strategic go-to-market (GTM) support, and software implementation. Specific deliverables and service levels are defined within individual subscription plans.
2. Availability & Response Times
Working Mono operates Monday–Friday, 9AM to 9PM GMT. Response times vary based on subscription tier and are defined in the plan description (e.g., 0–4 hour or 0–1 hour guaranteed response windows). Office hours and live sessions are available during business hours and may be adjusted for public holidays and scheduled breaks (notice provided in advance). 3. Fair Use & Conduct
To ensure consistent service quality:
Session use must remain within tier limits. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or excessive ad-hoc support requests may result in limits or review. Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive communication tone in Slack, calls, and sessions.
4. Payment & Cancellation
All plans are billed in advance (monthly or quarterly). Clients may pause or cancel subscriptions anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. 5. Intellectual Property
All Working Mono frameworks, documentation, playbooks, and tools remain the intellectual property of Working Mono. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets for internal business use only.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality over proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Working Mono provides strategic advice and implementation assistance. The Client is responsible for all final decisions. Working Mono is not liable for business outcomes, losses, or disruptions resulting from advice or tools provided.
8. Changes to Terms
Working Mono reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will receive at least 14 days' notice of any material changes.
