1. Overview

This Zap complements the Calendly Meetings Booking Counter with People from Attio Deal Pipeline automation. It executes weekly to summarize sales meeting activity, report the total number of meetings booked via Calendly, and reset the meeting counter to zero for fresh weekly tracking.

2. Trigger

App / Event: Schedule by Zapier
Details / Filters:
Scheduled to trigger every Friday at 9 AM.

3. High-Level Steps

Triggered every Friday at 9:00 AM using Schedule by Zapier.
Retrieves the current value of the "Calendly Sales Meeting Counter" key from Storage by Zapier.
Sends a direct message to Shre via Slack with a summary that includes the current date and the total number of meetings booked that week.
Resets the "Calendly Sales Meeting Counter" value to 0 in Storage by Zapier to prepare for next week’s tracking.

4. Output / Results

Provides weekly visibility into sales meeting activity directly via Slack.
Keeps the reporting process automated and consistent.
Ensures the counter is reset cleanly for accurate future tracking.

Notes / Considerations

Confirm the correct Slack user (Shre) is connected and authorized.
The counter must be properly incremented by the related Zap to ensure accurate data.
You may enhance this flow with optional steps for logging into Notion or Sheets for longer-term reporting.
