1. Overview

This Zap triggers whenever a new Calendly invitee books a Granola Sales: 15mins meeting. It checks if the invitee corresponds to an existing person in a Deal object within Attio. Upon confirmation, a central counter is incremented to track total sales meetings booked via Calendly, supporting reporting and engagement insights.

2. Trigger

App / Event: Calendly – Invitee Created

Details / Filters:

Triggers automatically when a Calendly – Invitee Created with Event Type: Granola Sales: 15mins

3. High-Level Steps

Trigger (Calendly - Invitee Created): Activates when a new invitee books a Granola Sales: 15mins event.

Attio – Find Record (Deal): Searches for a Deal using the invitee’s Email Address, matched via Associated People – Record ID/Email Address attribute.

Filter by Zapier: Continues only if Zap Search Was Found from Step 2 contains True.

Storage by Zapier – Increment Value: Increments the key Calendly Sales Meeting Counter by 1.

This key is stored and reused for cumulative meeting tracking.

4. Output / Results

Automatically increments a persistent count of sales meetings scheduled via Calendly.

Only updates counter when the meeting is linked to an existing Attio deal, maintaining data relevance.

Supports CRM tracking and team performance metrics.

Notes / Considerations

Calendly has no native "New Meeting Booked" trigger; Invitee Created is used instead.

Ensure invitee emails in Calendly match emails in Attio for proper record association.

The Zapier Storage key (Calendly Sales Meeting Counter) can be accessed across Zaps for reporting.
