Overview

This roadmap outlines a structured 4-stage approach to migrate from HubSpot to Attio based on the requirements identified in our workshop.
Each stage is designed to build upon the previous one, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your sales and marketing processes. Stage 1: Foundation Setup (Week 1)

Objectives

Set up Attio workspace and basic structure
Prepare data for migration
Establish core integrations

Stage 2: Data Migration and Core Workflows (Week 2)

Objectives

Migrate data from HubSpot to Attio

Run test migration with sample data
Execute full migration of contacts, companies, and deals

Potential Challenges

Updating Calendar event description updates may need custom development
Clay integration currently requires webhooks until native integration is available
Data migration may reveal unexpected data quality issues
