Support Engagement Documentation:
Once the Growth meeting is concluded, The Growth Coach would have identified possible support engagements which are required to be documented in Airtable using clear OKRs. The documentation should include the following:
Problem Identified
Negative Impact if this is not solved
Engagement Objective
Key Results of Engagement
Ensure it aligns with identified and documented milestones

In the support engagement automations have been developed to help the startup coach to scope the engagement should he/she wish to make use of it. It is not a requirement, but a helpful tool powered by ChatGPT.

The scope of the engagement documented as per above is the first draft that is generated from the context and assessment of the growth coach. This offers the Subject Matter Expert (SME) a starting point for when they do a discovery session. During the discovery session they might find that the scope needs to be refined and will then be proposed to the internal startup services team accordingly for approval. The startup services team will align the proposal with documented milestones and notes from the Growth Coach meetings to ensure it is solving an urgent growth related problem.

Further automation will assist Growth Coaches who are not familiar with the SME advisor roster by suggesting a SME advisor to help with the engagement.
