The Volta Growth Residency is designed for startups in the Early Adopters, Paying Customers, Growth, and Scaling Stages. This program is best suited for teams with a product in the market, working full-time on their startup, and demonstrating customer traction.
Objective:
Provide guidance, skill development, and resources needed to continuously improve technology, grow the startup's customer base, and achieve ambitious growth goals.
Growth Residency Criteria:
Consistent team meetings with dedicated growth coach every 4-6 weeks
Regular provision of startup health metrics every 8 weeks
Definition and tracking of market-driven KPIs and progress towards achieving them (Value Engine Metrics)
Continuous product improvement
Achievement of growth targets needed to sustain the business
Resources to continue working on the business for at least 6 months
Support Offered:
1:1 Growth coaching check-ins every 4-6 weeks to review progress and identify support opportunities
Access to growth coach approved advisors for strategic advice and skill building
Growth coach approved advisors to help build and execute a funding strategy for product and business development
Physical space to work on their startup
