Click on "Policies & Rules" as indicated by the arrow in the screenshot above.
Then, select "Threat Policies".
Under "Rules", click on "Email Authentication settings".
Next, click on "DKIM".
Choose your respective domain.
A side window similar to this will appear.
Click on the "Create DKIM Keys" button at the bottom.
By doing this, DKIM keys will be generated, which will be something similar to this.
That's it! The DKIM keys have now been generated. Add them to your domain's DNS records in Cloudflare and return to this Microsoft security panel after approximately one or two hours to authenticate them.
To authenticate, simply click on the toggle button marked as "Disabled", like this.
