LOA Phase - 2

Leave Plan overview

6 Weeks out (August 18th - September 26)
I’ve scheduled my leave to ensure I can contribute to Q3 quarterly planning, including breaking down planning into actionable tasks and assignments before I leave. The day-to-day execution will then be managed by the respective technical leads while I’m gone for paternity leave along with Chad overseeing the execution for F2F

Q2 Reviews
I finished the Q2 Reviews for all my direct reports already and submitted them through HiBob
Meetings
1:1’s will be paused until I’m back. Please feel free to put something on James’s calendar to meet at least once when I am gone.
Daily standups
AV Streaming - Continues to meet every day at 1 PM EST except for Tuesday(at 4PM EST)
Add your daily updates as comments to the Jira tickets you are working on. This is very important as reports will be generated weekly (or daily) based on these updates
Josh will be leading the progress of F2F
Will surface any blockers to Ryan or James
Will reach out to Claire to discuss more about Mobile F2F specifically to get design help.

Onboarding plans

Define clear objectives for
30 days, 60 days and 90 days expectation
30 days familiarize
company, team, stakeholders, company OKR’s - How we relate to that
Tools, technologies, codebases, documentations, SWOT, gaps we have in reaching those OKR’s
How are they going to plan on filling those gaps - make sure they get this clarity
They are working on identified strategy areas that fits the gap
60 days
They are probably leading a gap area company, team, stakeholders, company OKR’s and are actively contributing and leading through technical implementation
90 days
Fully own and lead analytics projects or strategic areas, driving from planning through implementation and delivery.
Showcase measurable impact and improvements that contribute directly to the achievement of company and team OKRs.
