These are a few of my favorite exercises. Mostly taken from youtube videos, 4chan post, various random routines, a lot from Athlean-X’s Jeff Cavaliere free programs, and stuff I’ve picked up from Orange Theory Fitness. Certainly not meant to be an extensive list, just exercises in sets/reps that I believe to be effective. I also picked these because of the minimal amount of equipment needed.
Instructions
Click the Add Exercise button below to add a new exercise to the Exercise List. You can add or remove columns depending on how detailed you want your list to look like. Adding additional columns will give you more filter options! Once you’re done adding your desired exercises, you can collapse this section. Clicking “Add to Log” button by each exercise will add it to the calendar view below. If you want to chart these, you can click “Create a View” from the calendar visual. You can also to add this template to your existing doc. Strength Training Calendar
