Legend - OTF Specific Terms

Grey Zone: Very Light Activity, 50% - 60% of MAX HR
Blue Zone: Warm Up, 61% - 70% of MAX HR
Green Zone: Challenging-Doable, 71% - 83% of MAX HR
Orange Zone: Uncomfortable, 84% - 91% of MAX HR
Red Zone: All Out Effort, 92% - 100% of MAX HR
Splat Point: 1 Minute within the Orange Zone
Base Pace: Base [or the Green zone] is your active recovery — a manageable pace that you can always return to
Push Pace: Push [or the Orange zone] should challenge you — it should feel uncomfortable but easy to return back to base
