Our mission is to streamline the process for employers, enabling them to attract and retain top talent while fostering a happy and engaged workforce. Simultaneously, we aim to provide employees with a centralized hub where they can access an array of desirable perks and benefits tailored to enhance their work experience.
Functionality Overview
The functionality of Motherboard is straightforward and user-friendly. Employers initiate the process by creating an account on the platform and extending invitations to their workforce. These invitations can be sent via personalized email invitations or through unique invite links. Alternatively, employers can manually onboard employees by entering their details directly.
Once onboarded, employers have the flexibility to curate benefits from a diverse range of options available on Motherboard. They can opt to offer flexible benefits, allowing employees to choose from various vendors, or make direct purchases on behalf of their workforce. To facilitate benefit allocation and purchases, employers fund their wallets within the platform.
On the employee side, acceptance of the invitation grants access to Motherboard, where they create their accounts seamlessly linked to their respective employers. Through this connection, employees gain access to the benefits allocated or purchased by their employer, enhancing their overall work experience.
