Here’s the schedule for our weekly meetings:
Mondays
Weekly Product Meeting - 12:00 PM (WAT) This meeting focuses on aligning our team’s performance, sharing updates, discussing roadmaps, and strategizing regarding the product.
Daily Engineering Scrum meeting – 3:00 PM (WAT) Engineers gather to report on their tasks, discuss any blockers they’re facing, and share general engineering updates. You may occasionally be called upon if there are design-related blockers.

Daily Engineering Scrum meeting – 3:00 PM (WAT)
Wednesdays
Weekly Sales + Operations + Products Meeting – 12:00 PM (WAT) Core teams convene to align on updates, address blockers, and explore opportunities for collaboration to achieve our objectives.
Daily Engineering Scrum meeting – 3:00 PM (WAT)
Thursdays
PMO Progress Tracking (Bi-weekly meeting) – 11:00 AM (WAT) This meeting, held bi-weekly, tracks and updates project progress.
Weekly Townhall Meeting – 12:00 PM (WAT) A company-wide gathering where all teams receive updates on performance and company happenings. Each week focuses on a different topic of discussion.

Sprint planning meeting

This meeting takes place at the end or beginning of a sprint and serves as a handover to the Engineering team. During this session, your design document for the upcoming sprint will be reviewed by the engineers to assess the scope and plan for the subsequent sprint.

Design review

Before commencing a new development sprint, it's essential for the product team and all stakeholders to review the designs slated for the upcoming sprint.
During this session, you'll answer questions, gather feedback, address critiques, and incorporate necessary iterations into your design solutions. It's important to note that you will lead this meeting and have the authority to determine its scheduling.
