🛠️ Fixes
Region Field (On Account Object) The region field had the Restrict picklist to the values defined in the value set checked, therefore new values could not be added.
To fix this,
A new region field was created and named “Regions” and was used to replace the old “Region” field. The old “Region” field was removed from all Account page layouts The “Geo” field was also remove from all Account page layouts
🌟Improvements
Account Region Flow (On Account Object) A record-trigger flow was created to update the “Region” field when the “billing country” is created or updated.
