People Operations Analyst

Job Summary
The People Operations analyst will support the People and Culture team in ensuring that our people have a smooth experience from hiring to exit. The job holder’s mission is simple: help our people be their best, give their best and have the best experience while at it by anticipating their needs and taking proactive steps to meet them.
Primary Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate is a professional with relevant Admin experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work (onsite and offsite) is supported by ensuring that facilities and supplies of the highest standards are readily available and promptly provided to employees when needed. S/he will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office resources, and providing support to various teams. This individual will also support the Company’s HR Operations.

An ideal candidate will bring
Admin experience in a structured organisation A customer-centric approach to meeting employees’ needs Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR operations 1 - 3 years experience in Admin/HR. Tech/fintech experience will be an added advantage. Admin, facility management or HR certification will be an added advantage. Reporting Line
The job holder will report to the Head, People and Culture.
Compensation
The starting compensation for this role is between NGN400,000 - NGN600,000 monthly net.
