Customer Experience (CX) Specialist - Job Brief

Job Summary
Our team members are called Customer Experience Specialists because they are committed to understanding the products, engaging and connecting with our customers and ensuring our customers are satisfied every time. We are presently seeking passionate people who understand the importance of exceptional customer experience and are committed to creating such for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
Understand our product(s), engage internal and third-party stakeholders, and explain basic financial processes in layman's terms to our customers
Create exceptional experiences for customers every day that will make them loyal customers and ambassadors
Based on daily interactions with customers, study trends/data about customer behaviours and garner insights that could improve our processes and products

Location
Lagos (hybrid)

An ideal candidate will:
Have keen interest in fintech and wealth management.
Passionate about exceptional customer service.
Have captivating communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Have patience to listen, empathy to connect with customers’ needs and resilience to manage push-backs.
Bring excellent team playing and collaboration skills.
Have strong analytical skills.
Have 1-2 years experience in a relevant role.
It would be an added advantage if you:
Are passionate about people, data and products
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Have experience working in a client-facing role

Reporting Line
The job holder will report to the CX Manager.

Compensation
The starting compensation for this role is between NGN400,000 - NGN500,000 monthly net.
