Vessel's Fees

Vessel will charge 6% of the proceeds sent to the homeowner. There will be an additional estimated $1,000 in upfront fees that the homeowner must pay, including appraisals, investment title search, vehicle formation, and so on. Investors will not be charged any fees, except passing along any money transfer fees.
