Investors may resell their investment to another investor at any time before maturity of the investment. However, as of today, Vessel does not yet have an exchange established for secondary trades and does not have a fund that can buy back investments. Until we have such offerings, the investor would need to find their own buyer for the investment. Vessel will assist with the paperwork associated with officiating a sale but may charge an administrative fee to do so.
Change of ownership of investments do not require any update to documents recorded on the title.
