AT 309 - Week 8 - 3D Models
Step by Step analysis
- Using either skydio 2 + or dji mavic 2 pro scan anything you want
- Collect the data from the drone’s SD card to an external one
- Upload the data to the computer
- In your temp folder create a flight folder using the flightfoldertemplete found in AT 309 class folder
- Upload the data into the images folder under collection
o Remove any currputed images
- Open Pix4D app, (Username: niswp4d@purdue.edu. Password: Uasflyer2018).
- Click on create a new project
o Should name it (username_mmddyy_PWAplot#)
o In your flight folder you should see a processing
- Once you uploaded all the photos, click on edit under the selected camera model, and change shutter model to linear rolling shutter.
- Click on okay, next, finish
- At the bottom of the screen make sure only 1: Initial processing and 2: Print cloud and Mesh are turned on.
- Start processing your data
