Use positive rather than negative language. Try to explain how something can be achieved, rather than illustrate what shouldn’t be done. One way to detect negative language is to look for words like “can’t,” “don’t,” etc.
✅ In order to produce the high-resolution video, click Produce & Download after your preview finishes rendering.
⛔ You can’t produce a high-resolution video without creating the preview first.
This rule shouldn’t be strictly enforced when writing internal documents or author guidelines.
