This is the new (original) form of staff payment. Any old staff pay due from the takeover will be covered by the previous owner.
Staff are paid from the 1st - 30th/31st your pay will be available from the 2nd of the month. Pay varies per month multiple factors will influence managements final decision on what should be paid. These factors are:
Activity, how motivated you are, the effort you give and your general attitude to the company.
Upper management will speak with your line manager prior to the pay day and an agreed upon amount will be decided based on the work you have done and the factors listed above.
