Our CX track’s goal is to drive NPS and MRR retention through quicker feature adoption and higher satisfaction. In simple terms, we’re trying to help users get more out of PandaDoc and learn to love our product.

What will you do in this role?
Create and improve simple, efficient flows for PandaDoc users
Work closely with your team to define tasks, scope, and look and feel
Adopt a customer-centric approach to the whole track
Work with our localization teams to make your designs even better
