Spreadsheets for CSV Import
In the header row of your spreadsheet, in this order, label as follows:

Case Check
In a separate Excel sheet, paste the desired column. In an adjacent column:
GO TO: Formulas>>Text>>Proper
When prompted select the desired column (clicking on the column letter will do this for you; alternatively you can enter A:A, B:B, C:C [whatever the column name is]). This will apply case corrections.
Copy the corrected data and paste into your Excel file

Origin
Enter artifact origins according to the following convention:
[Directional Indicator as an abbreviation*] [Country**] ( [City], [State/Province])
e.g. USA (Austin, Texas)
e.g. Italy (Milan)
e.g. E. India
*Only use cartographical region iff City/State is not known.
**Do not include "." in abbreviated nations
e.g. USA not U.S.A
e.g. UK not U.K.
Should a proper name include a directional indcator, spell it out:
e.g. "South Africa" as opposed to "S. Africa"
e.g. USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) as opposed to USA (Raleigh, N. Carolina)

Tags
Tags should be entered as all lowercase.
Images
Save images as ____.
Create a new folder and name it the item's accession's number (use "_ " in lieu of ".")
Images in a folder should be labeled as such:
9999_a_00_front
9999_a_00_detail
9999_a_00_back

Padded Hanger

2 2" X 60" Batting Strip
22" strip of Stockinette
Matching thread

1) Beginning at the edge of the hanger, fold about an inch of batting around the edge, and begin wrapping batting around the arm.

2)As you approach the neck of the hanger, wrap the batting across, down, across and then resume wrapping.
3) Tack loose batting w/ a whip stitch

4) Repeat with the second strip of batting
5) Clip a tiny hole in the center of the stockinette for the hook.

6)Stretch stockinette over hanger placing the hook through the clipped hole.

7) Fold in the edged of the stockinette about 1/2" and close with a slip stitch

8) Before finishing your stitch, pull the thread taut to conform stockinette to hanger.

9) Darn the hook hole.
