Select the city you’re in

Set “Status” as “Unlocked”

Uplanders → Always set “FSA Option” as “Only FSA”

Hit Search

That should get you a list of properties that are available to purchase. Use the sorting function to identify the cheapest property in the city.

If you’re interested in specific neighborhoods, select the desired options in the dropdown

Note: The data available can sometimes be off by a bit. So, don’t give up if you see discrepancies. Keep exploring. :)
