Here’s a workflow for mining your Google reviews for insights using ChatGPT
First, log in to your Google Business account
Then head to Google Takeout, export your Business data, and grab the reviews.json file from the zip file.
Drop that into ChatGPT and ask it to find interesting insights and quote worthy-testimonials.
