Set Up Custom App on Shopify for Deeplink

Step 1: Enable App Development

Go to Shopify Settings.
Click on Apps and Sales ChannelsDevelop Apps.

Step 2: Allow Custom App Development (If applicable)

If you're developing a custom app for the first time, click on Allow Custom App Development.

Step 3: Create the App

Click on Create App.
Enter Apptile Deeplink as the app name.
Choose your account as the App Developer.
Click on Create App.

Step 4: Configure Storefront API Integration

Navigate to Configuration.
Click on Configure in the Storefront API Integration section.

Step 5: Set API Access Scope

Select the appropriate Storefront API Access Scope (refer to the image below for correct settings).
Click on Save.

Step 6: Install the App

After saving the configuration, click on Install App to proceed with the installation.

Step 7: iOS Buy SDK Configuration

Navigate to ConfigurationEdit.
Scroll down to iOS Buy SDK.
Check the following boxes:
Use iOS Universal Links
Use iOS Web Credentials

Enter your Apple App ID in the following format:
Team ID.Bundle ID (Make sure to include a full stop between the Team ID and Bundle ID).
You can find the Team ID and Bundle ID in your Apple Developer Account.

Step 8: Android Buy SDK Configuration

Navigate to Android Buy SDK.
Enter the following details:
Android Application ID (This is the Package Name, found in your Google Developer Account).
SHA-256 Certificate Fingerprints.
