Your Executive Strategy Call Is Booked

Here’s how to get the most value from our time together.

Watch this 2-minute note before we meet

This quick video covers how to prepare, who to invite, and what we’ll work through together on the call.

Before we meet

Be on time and camera‑ready. Please join from a quiet place, with video on, 5 minutes before the start time. We’ve blocked this time specifically for you and your team.
Confirm your calendar invite. Check your inbox for the Zoom link and invite. If you don’t see it, check spam and add it to your calendar so we avoid double‑bookings.
Invite key stakeholders. If there are people who shape decisions about managers and leadership development (CHRO, HRBP, L&D/OD/Talent peers, business leader sponsors), invite them to join. Getting aligned early makes everything easier.
Bring your reality. Come ready to talk honestly about where execution, engagement, and retention are breaking down in the manager and supervisor layer today.

What we’ll cover together

Clarify your current state. Where results, engagement, or retention are getting stuck in the manager/supervisor layer.
Name the gap. What’s standing between your 2026 targets and how managers are leading today.
Explore options. Map how a 30‑day operating‑system pilot could fit (or if something else makes more sense).
Agree next steps. You’ll leave with clear options and next steps you can take, whether we end up working together or not.
This is not a hard‑sell call. It’s a working session focused on your organization and your managers.

Want a quick feel for how we work before the call?

If you booked from LinkedIn or after watching the 12‑Minute Executive Briefing, you’ve already seen the high‑level picture. These short videos go one level deeper into who we are and how the 30‑day operating systems work in real life.

Introduction to Lone Rock Leadership (1 minute)

Who we are, who we serve, and why we focus on the manager and supervisor layer.

How the 30‑Day Operating System Model Works (4 minutes)

How we blend live classes, short on‑demand lessons, peer huddles, and immediate application so managers change how they lead in 30 days, not 12 months.

What leaders say after installing the operating systems

Leaders across manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, and financial services use these systems to fix the manager layer and hit their numbers.

"The principles and models they introduced significantly transformed our results and did so in a short amount of time. We needed greater agility and collaboration and this helped our leaders understand how to create and sustain positive change."

"Lead In 30 is fantastic at helping leaders generate movement on their teams. We put all our leaders through it and it created immediate impact. Lead In 30 gets at what it means to lead teams with clarity, alignment, and movement. I can't recommend it strongly enough."

"They helped our leadership team get to the issues that matter most. They have a style that engages you immediately and gets to the core problems you need to solve as a leader. It’s why we’ve used this for years."
