Columns description
Role - roles, directions that I’m considering
GOAL - your long-term goal, you long term „Why” - the extent to which the role gives you opportunities to follow your goal
Personal fit - the extent to which you will be able to take advantage of these opportunities, which largely boils down to how good you’ll be in the role.
Career capital - the extent to which the role gives you opportunities to put yourself in a better position to make an impact and follow your goal in the future.
Satisfaction - how you personally enjoy this direction, how satisfied you will be with this role
Earnings - level of possible earnings in this direction
Easy - how easy is to be to 5% of the best experts in this direction (for me)
