Over-perform - Performance in your current role exceeds expectations. PMs typically over-perform in no more than three competencies On track - Performance meets expectations for your current role and is in range for tenure. High performing PMs will be "on track" for most competencies. Needs Focus - Performance falls below expectations for your current role and is important to address in the next cycle to prevent the competency from holding the PM back from success. Not a focus - Not applicable, something that you don’t want to asses Area of Dev - Area that you want to adress and develop in Development plan
