Personal data we collect

We obtain your personal data when you place an order in our webshop: Name, address, phone, e-mail address, IP address and the content of your order.
We need the name, address, phone, e-mail address and order content, because these data are necessary to deliver the order and inform you about the delivery. We register your IP address to validate your order and to avoid fraud in our webshop.
We neither save or register your payment details that you enter as they are processed directly with our payment gateway Stripe. For more information about Stripe security, you can review their security measures here:

We share your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order content with the following companies:
PostNord for delivery inside Denmark, so that we can send the order to you.
Dinero our accounting software.
Webflow our ecommerce platform that processes orders.
Airtable our database that stores your data so we can enable the Fast Checkout experience.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. This makes it easier for you to use the service without continously having to log in.

How long we retain your data

Your personal data are kept for five years, and are then deleted. We save your data for this period of time since we are required to do so by Danish law for our company tax documentation.

What rights you have over your data

At any point in time, you have the right to be ask which information we have stored on you. If you believe that the information is incorrect, you have the right to get it corrected.
Your data is your data and you can request for us to delete the personal data we keep on you at any time. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is processed in violation with the law. Please contact us by email on frederik@trueintent.coffee.

Service Providers

We may eventually employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
For example, we use Stripe,

Analytics

We use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services.
Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add- on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
